Abstract Submissions

The Automotive Live Sessions at the Automotive Technology Show provides automotive professionals with the tools and the knowledge to assist in the newly required development processes of the entire vehicle's architecture. The Show has key focus topics including,

 

AD, ADAS, SDV, In Cabin Experience, Drive by Wire, In Cabin Monitoring, Infotainment and Zonal Architecture. If you would like to add value to the conference content and share your expertise please contact us. 

 

Submission Process

 

Please provide a short 100 – 200 word abstract detailing your presentation title and proposal along with a short bio and photo. Please avoid the submission of advertising or use the proposal for commercial reasons. Presentations are an opportunity to provide appropriate technical content to a professional audience of engineers and experts.

CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud-native approaches, OTA/SOTA, and SaaS models for continuous software evolution.
 
Validation & Compliance:
Software testing, toolchains, electromagnetic compatibility, and adherence to ASAM and
automotive software standards.

Connectivity & Experience:

Connected vehicle services, 5G and beyond, in-vehicle UX, personalization, and data exchange frameworks.
 
Safety & Cybersecurity:
Secure software deployment, compliance frameworks, and risk-mitigation strategies for SDV platforms.

Submission Guidelines

Above are just a selection of possible topics for discussion, you're welcome to send us an abstract on other aspects in and around the topics of any focus area of Automotive Technology Show.

Deadline for Submission 30 June 2026 
 

In your proposal please include:

1) Name of a speaker(s), including professional Title and Organisation(s)

2) Biography of Speaker

3) Title of presentation

4) Abstract - 200 - 400 proposal in word or email

5) Time of presentation 25-30 minutes

6) Avoid product pitch or advertising

7) Language English or German with English translation

8) Changes to be resubmitted at least 7 days in advance

9) Organiser rights reserved for changes and modifications

10) Speakers are requested to be presentable and professional
