Registration is open. You may use the form to submit a early-registration and in addition will be happy to answer any enquirys.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All date held in accordance with GDPR, data collected is for the purpose of contact between organsior and registree, this data will not be transmitted to any third party without prior permission from the person registering to take part.
Payment Terms: Should payment be required. Upon completion and return of the registration form, 50% booking payment is required within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Payment of invoices by credit card or bank transfer only.
Full Payment by exhibitors and sponsors, must be received before 30 days of show commencement date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Right of Admission Refusal for security grounds, non-payment, or medical reasons. For exhibitors, you must follow health & safety regulations and accept liability for accidents or incidents caused by your property or stand construction. We suggest exhibitors and sponsors take out event liability insurance for exhibitors where possible.
Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy:
Substitute delegate names at any time by providing reasonable advance notice. For any cancellations received in writing not less than 90 days prior to the conference, you will receive a 70% refund.
For cancellation occurring within 3 months of the event a credit note for use in a subsequent event will be considered depending on cancellation circumstances.
If the organizer cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for a 100% fee paid / refund. Credit notes are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
The organizer shall assume no liability whatsoever if this Show is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders the performance of this Show impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to, war, fire, industrial action, extreme events such as weather or another emergency.
The organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page immediately.
Discounts: All ‘Early Bird’ Discounts must require Payment at time of booking. Any discounts offered must also require Payment at the time of registration.
